Fragile Egos

It's amusing how many fragile egos are out there in the wacky world of blogs. If you make stupid comments or tell lame stories, no matter how much you and your group of imaginary friends think they're hilarious, don't be surprised if you take a few shots here and there. For example, one guy got all pissed at me b/c I commented on one of his comments to a girl on her blog and made him seem like he might be a little sweet for the meat. Hey (and I can already tell this is going to lead to a tangent), and I just want people to know that I've got nothing against gay guys. Gay guys are a straight guys best friend. They leave women alone, you don't touch their guys, everybody's happy. On the other hand, I'm not down with the lesbian thing. I don't understand why straight guys like lesbians so much. Typical meathead will say "Dude, chicks like make out and stuff!" But who cares b/c they don't want anything to do with you. You have absolutely no chance unless she's bi. Also, have you ever been out to a club and seen the shit that lesbians get away with? If a guy ever did those things, the bouncers would escort him to the nearest exit using his melon to open up the door. A girl's defense will be down at first if a girl approaches them anyway. And since meatheads everywhere think it's so cool when chicks makeout, drunk straight women are more apt to do it just to get more attention from guys. It just appears that with those examples alone, the lesbian is going in at a distinct advantage at a drunk girl anyday of the week over a straight guy.

But I digress. So back to the story. So this guy is all bent of shape b/c I made him sound gay. When in all actuality, I wasn't trying to single him out by any means. I don't even really feel like wasting my fucking time writing about it. His reaction was just a bit sensitive, maybe a little too sensitive if you know what I mean.

But it's not like I don't get my fair share of shit thrown at me. God knows I say enough stupid things on here. When you say something against war protestors, you're bound to have a few grudges held against you. I have this anonymous person who comments every couple entries just to blast me with names after one of my war protestors entry. And to be honest, I would leave my name anonymous too if I had nothing to say. Actually, no I wouldn't, I would always stand behind what I say b/c I'm not a pussy. If you can't stand behind what you say, then why say it at all?
