Last night
No big deal last night. Just hung out with Jarmon and Lisamarie at Club Honore last night, had some drinks and just chatted until about 1. It was a lot of fun. Jarmon's girl is trying to end it with him by texting him saying they have to talk. Why do women feel that they have to text all the time? I don't get it. If you want to get ahold of someone call. If you need to talk, pick up the phone. Why does there have to be this precursor to the actual conversation. So she sends another text to him last night and says, "why haven't you responded to any of my texts, we need to talk". Does that make any sense at all? If she wants to talk then make the call. Whatever, it's just another stupid situation to add to the list of absurd things that I've wasted time thinking about lately.
Outside of that, we had a good time. Lisamarie is very cool. She's a little older but I enjoy her no game attitude, it's very refreshing. I think that just happens with women as they get older. So, at some point, women do actually know what they want. Wow, what a concept, women actually knowing what they want, it's mind boggling. Anyways, Jarmon likes her best friend and I'm pretty sure that she likes him as well. She's newly divorced and I think I heard something about how she's been getting her mantime in by boinking the gardener... nice. You go, girl, get yo swerve on.
Stacey told me yesterday that Barbara wants to go out with me. For whatever reason, she thinks I'm hilarious. I don't know about it though. I'll play it cool for now, I'm not really looking for anything at the moment. I really just want to study for my GMAT and finish that before I get into any kind of dating thing again. Also, I don't know about Barbara. Very cool girl, obviously attractive... a bit on the wild side. I don't know if I could take another party girl after Inese. Stacey wants me to go out with her group this weekend b/c she knows I've been down lately. Her group of girls are a ton of fun but I'm not really feeling up to it right now. I think I'll be staying in and studying this entire weekend. Despite the first 2 weeks of this year, I've been doing really well on all aspects of my 2005 New Years Resolutions. It was a slow start but I'm finding that groove.
Maybe I'll try to go out Sat night for a little bit if I get in some good studying tonight and tomorrow. Better get ahold of some peeps in D.C. as well.
