I Don't Heart Heart Day

I hate when the word "heart" is used as a verb... as in "I heart your mom". I know I said I wouldn't use the word hate as freely anymore but I really do hate that expression. But when I hear guys do it, the only thing I can think is how many buttpirates do you think have stormed his poop deck.

Valentine's Day for me isn't that big of a deal. Granted, if I was going out with someone, there would be a special night out. I do enjoy special occasions, I just don't like when I feel they're being force fed to me.

I'm not bitter about not having a valentine this year, it's just the way it goes. Besides, I've been a pretty nice punching bag for all sorts of women over the years and I'm still alive. Why fix it?

Basically, as I watch bouquet after bouquet roll through and every girl look around to see who notices them receiving what's "due" to them and not really care about who they're from but how much better is than the girl next to them, today's feelings go a little something like this...
"Women aren't difficult to figure out, they're just difficult to afford"
